Every transaction, verified before funds move.
Rein is the control plane for lenders and factors. It verifies each invoice and each drawdown at transaction level, against the lender's own rules - deterministically, with the business and market context behind every decision.
Where Rein is today
Built to run as transactions happen.
We say built only for what the code does today. Here is exactly where things stand.
- The control plane. The lender sets the policy - limits, advance rates, approved payees, escalation rules. Rein applies it deterministically. No model deciding credit on its own.
- Every decision through one API. Approve, hold or escalate - delivered through our API, so it fits existing credit operations and tools.
- Shadow runs on your past book. Current deployments run observe-only: Rein re-verifies a lender's historical transactions and shows what it would have caught.
- Price vs market. Whether the price on an invoice is sane against the market at that moment.
- Merchant legitimacy. Whether the merchant being paid is real.
- Business fit. Whether a purchase fits the borrower's actual business.
- A cross-lender record. A record across participating lenders, designed to surface things like duplicate invoice financing.
The control plane
How it works
The lender keeps the credit decision, the funds and the books. Rein is the verification step in between.
The lender sets the policy
Limits, advance rates, approved payees and categories, escalation rules. The lender decides where a human signs off.
Rein verifies each transaction
Every invoice and drawdown is checked against that policy, with business and market context: what is being bought, is the price sane, is the merchant real, does it fit the business.
Decisions land where you work
Approve, hold or escalate - delivered through our API into existing credit operations, and works alongside operator-side evidence providers.
Built for lenders and factors
Catch bad advances before funds move.
One place this starts: agentic commerce, where software transacts on a business's behalf - and someone has to verify what was actually bought.
Don't take our word for it
See a real report.
Rein re-verified a book of historical transactions in shadow mode - observe-only, nothing touched. The sample report is live: what was checked, what passed, and what would have been flagged.
